	Required Documents	I) Domicile certificate of student(Original+ xerox); II) S.S.C Board marksheet and certificate(original+ xerox); III) H.S.C Board Mark Sheet and certificate(Original+ xerox); IV) Cast certifiacte by tahsildar(original+ xerox); V) Appeared for Ist term/IIIrd term or Vth term exam; VI) Leaving certifiacte or transfer certifiacte(original+ xerox); VII) More than 75% marks in college; VIII) Gap Certificate deposited in college(if gap is present)(original+ xerox); IX) Income certificate by tahsildar(original+ xerox); X) Bank Passbook number to verify(and it shoul;d be operative); XI) Adhar card(original+ xerox); XII) Adhar card linked with bank account(letter by bank manager)(original+ xerox); XIII) Rationing card(original+ xerox);XIV) Confirmation of first 2nd child in family(not 3rd or next child in family for student); XV) Undertaking of student and parent refund or scholarship if discontinued the education(original to be deposited in college)

	Required Documents	I) Attested certificates of Educational Qualification as filled up in para 2(original+xerox); II) Declaration of Family income and minority community status- self certified declaration or income certificated from the employer ;if any;III) Proof of permanent residence(Domicile certificate/rationing card/driving licence/Electricity bill/ Indian Passport/Election ID/Telephone bill/etc (original+ xerox)IV) Bank passbook and adhar card(original+xerox)
	Fees	Nil if filled by candidate or Rs/- 100 if filled scholarship by volunteer

VIII	Purpose	Cancellation Of Admission
